AOL Time Warner Center Penthouses Average $30 Mln: Paper Says

New York, May 4 (Bloomberg) -- Developers of New York's AOL Time Warner Centre will sell 10 penthouse condominiums at an average asking price of nearly $30 million for unfinished space, the New York Post reported, citing the broker.

The Related Cos. will put two rooftop condominiums in the 750- foot twin-tower complex on the market for $36 million, the paper reported, without specifying the size of the units. They will have the highest terraces in the city, the Post said. The eight other condos, measuring 8,500 square feet, will begin at $25 million, the paper said.

''It's a blank canvas on which to paint your dream,'' Louise Sunshine, chief executive of the Sunshine Group, the project's exclusive broker, told the paper.

The 2.7 million square-foot development will also house AOL Time Warner Inc., six restaurants, a luxury hotel, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and 191 other condominiums that will start at $1.5 million, the paper reported.
